Week #2.... Push-ups!!!!!  Yes, my favorite. Monday the 23rd through Sunday the 29th we will record all push-ups the same way we did Lunges.  I will post a video. Push-ups should be low to the ground (or wall/counter top etc), all done on toes and all wall, incline or floor push-ups count!! Don't forget to turn in your lunges by Wednesday. Good Luck!!!  Remember some of you are playing for a prize, a plaque and the title of Sharon's Gym Class five week challenge champion!!!!  Bragging rights at stake so start the push-ups!!!!

    2. We missed you, Other Karen. But you ARE too late. Dan and Wendy are doing push-ups in their sleep! I'm doing 100 a day. That's my personal challenge to myself and my arms are rubber.
