And the Winner is.......



Congratulations to Dan Evans!!  With over 14,000 points collected over 5 weeks of lunges, planks, butt touches and push-ups, Dan squeaked the win over second place finisher Wendy Weddle. Congratulations to both and to all who continued to compete for the entire 5 weeks. Pictured above Dan, Wendy and Karen (my top three challenge competitors). You're the best. Thanks for getting up before the crack of dawn every Monday/Wednesday to get to class.

reminder

Reminder I will not be in class Monday the 6th.  Turn in your week three totals tomorrow or Wednesday.

We have all had three weeks of practice planking. Now all planks count for 50 points per one minute plank. This is where you can rack up the points. Happy Planking. (If you cannot plank than roll ups or bicycle crunches can be a substituted. Same point values as the plank)
